Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the availability of the products ordered. Items shipped from multiple warehouses may arrive in separate deliveries.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any applicable delivery fee is shown clearly before you confirm your order — there are no hidden charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can follow its status from My Account → Order History.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact our support team with your order ID and we'll help sort it out. See Returns & Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items.
