Orders & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. Usually, orders are delivered within 2–5 working days. Orders can be cancelled before processing or shipment, but cancellation becomes impossible once shipped.

Payments

All transactions are processed securely through the PayFast payment gateway. If payment is deducted but an order isn't created, please contact support with your details so we can investigate.

Account & Profile

You can update your address and contact information through your account settings. Password recovery is available via the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen.

Wishlist & Cart

Products can be saved to your wishlist for future purchases, and cart items remain saved until checkout or removal.

Refunds & Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support within 24-48 hours with your order ID and issue details for replacement or refund eligibility review.
